The Chamber's Institutional Policy, Governance and Membership Framework sets out its constitutional identity, powers and structures, reviewed annually and refined by the Founding Council.

General Assembly

The gathering of all Fellows in ordinary and extraordinary session, the highest deliberative body of the Chamber.

Chamber Council

The executive body responsible for policy, finance and strategy between Assemblies.

Standing committees on Membership, Scholarship, Convocation, Ethics, Public Service and Finance.
